The school was founded in 1980 by Raja Chandra Vijay Singh, a former Member of Parliament and Member of the Legislative Assembly in Uttar Pradesh, with the vision of honouring the memory of his late grandmother, Rani Pritam Kunwar of Sahaspur, Bilari. What began as a humble institution with just five students in 1980 has since grown into a renowned name in primary education in Moradabad, touching the lives of countless families and shaping the future of generations.
The school is affiliated to Bhartiya Shiksha Board, a National Board of School Education constituted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Bhartiya Shiksha Board has been granted membership of the Council of Boards of School Education in India.
The branch of Rani Pritam Kunwar School at Neel Bagh, Bilari, was established in 1997 by Raja Chandra Vijay Singh. The primary aim was to provide quality education to the children of his constituency, empowering young minds in rural areas with the opportunity to receive a solid foundation in education.
The school is affliated to Central Board of Secondar Education (CBSE).
